My Success Story:
We think the first thing on Perdue's new family's agenda should be to change his name because he certainly wasn't a chicken at the home visit. He was a very happy boy checking everything out in his new house and investigating all the smells in the yard. In fact Perdue liked it so well there that he didn't want to leave. He spread himself out on their couch and wouldn't get off. Apparently he decided that he was done with shelter life and that this home would suit him just fine. Fortunately for Perdue his new family felt the same way. Best of all, no more invisible fences for him. His new home already has a good-sized fenced area, but the plans are already in place to enlarge it to at least an acre and possibly more. What one-year-old dog could resist that? Toss in a great human sister and life couldn't be better. We're thinking maybe Prince would be a good name, hmmmm.
