Thor

Thor is the adopted “brother” of a couple of HH alums (Aiden and Milo).  His wonderful family recently noticed him drooling, and the vet found a big tumor on the far back of his tongue.  She was able to remove it with surgery, but when the biopsy showed it was cancer, it was obvious that Thor needed to see an oncologist.  HH Helps stepped in and Thor went to see Dr. Sones at Animal Cancer Care Clinic.  Wonderful Dr. Sones determined after some testing that the type of cancer didn’t respond well to chemotherapy.  Since Thor’s lifespan would be about the same with or without chemo, the family decided not to put sweet Thor through that.  Thor is still doing well and doesn’t seem to realize he is sick.  Mom and Dad are enjoying every day with him and hoping that Thor continues to feel well for a long time to come! .
