Kelsi was found as a stray. We believe she was dumped because of where she was found. She was smelly and her eyes and ears needed attention. She had no collar or microchip.

All this aside, she is as sweet a dog as there ever was. We will take great care of her and, if no owner comes forward, we will find her a great home. She deserves it.
