Molly’s pet sitter let her get loose while her parents were out of town, and she somehow ended up with a femur fracture. The owners authorized surgery, but Molly ended up needing a blood transfusion also, which was not in the budget. Dr. Peck felt it was appropriate to use HH Helps to pay for the transfusion so he could be sure that Molly would have the red blood cells needed to make it through surgery safely. We are glad he did, because Molly now has been discharged and is doing well. Be a good girl, Molly!
